Aspects relating to joint stock companies



Unlike the other companies that generate virtual shares, a Joint Stock Company is a factory of GOLD, that’s able to make more real money. Thus, a joint stock company generates at least 50 GOLD/day for the first level, a figure that grows by an average of 5 GOLD per level thereafter. Gains can be divided between stockholders in the proportion of shares held by each.
The main aspects of JSC:
- Can be created by one or more players;
- In order to create a JSC, the first stockholder must pay at least 10% of the cost;
- To become a stockholder is enough to buy 1% stake in JSC;
- The first 3 stockholders form the Management Board;
- the Management Board shall submit within 3 candidates for the post of General Director ;
- All stockholders  vote for one of the candidates (must wait until they submit the candidatures);
- All stockholders  have equal voting rights regardless of the number of shares held;
- If there is a single founder, he automatically becomes a General Director;
-          The General Director has a salary, paid from the gained profit.

The responsibilities of the General Director 
The General Director  is directing the processes in JSC, namely:
- Manages the process of production;
- Buys raw materials;
- Changes money earned in GOLD;
- Distributes to the stockholders, if necessary, the money  and the GOLD won ;
- Hires workers;
- Raises the levels of JSC.

Our vision on developing the online simulator ProEconomica



We think that it’s time to share with you our visions and thoughts regarding the game development. First of all, we guarantee that ProEconomica is a well planned project, with lots of apps that will make this game being an interesting one, and the most important – with lots of activities to do.
The biggest disadvantage is that we had to begin this project by realizing the most difficult applications.  Maybe it was necessary to develop and test the game before launching it, but we wanted to receive feedback from players. As a result you all came with useful suggestions that help us develop a project that is able to meet the needs of participants.
We know that a game is interesting due to the spirit of competition that it is able to generate between players, between regions. The structure is important too. It has to be complex, and able to give diversity to the player, so that he could spend his time playing the game. This type of applications was planned to be launched in the final stage of the game development. At the moment we’ve managed to create a new team of programmers because we would like to develop as soon as possible the mentioned below apps.
Because the most complex apps (like the companies) are already finished, the next ones will be much easier to develop (except the cities and the transport companies).  But, at the moment the most important apps are those regarding the competitions.

At the moment we work on 4 apps, that are almost finished. Here they are:

-      A new module for the Activities section, where each participant chooses the activity he wants to perform according to the time he is available to spend.
-      An app from the module “Competitions” – that gives the possibility to compete with other players (on a period of 2 or 8 hours) in the revenue collected.
-       The first joint stock company– The Bank.
-       The possibility for players from Romania to pay via SMS.

Other important applications (some of them need just improvements):
General:
-         Activating the sections: happiness, culture, education, prestige and energy;
-         Creating a chat with the possibility to communicate in private groups;
-         Missions that will give experience;
-         Re-launching the Economic  Tests;
-         Re-launching the “My Appearance”;
-         The possibility to solve economic situations or cases by choosing the proper action from a set of variants;
-         Launching the package VIP professional with the possibility to view the companies in a simpler way;
-         Developing the concept and items diversification for the applications “My Office” and “My Home”.

Competitions:
-         Competitions between players through spying, where will be used the abilities, my aspect and other characteristics;
-         Weekly contests: top manager, top city, top country, top company on activity fields, priority contests in some apps;
-         Awards with levels for different achievements (sells, missions, earnings);
-         State competitions on various characteristics: GDP, global production, taxes, ecology, the concept of sustainable society; competitions between cities. In this way will be re-launched the ProEco Top, regarding to certain criteria.
Companies:
-         Sales of asset-based companies;
-         Creating the “Transport” module– creating companies, creating maritime ports, airports and others;
-         The efficiency of a company will be conditioned by the resources held by the country, the same as in reality;
-         Improvements on displaying the products on the market;
-         Creating the Academy of Technology on JSCs;
-         Developing the module “Virtual Employees” so that they could consume in order to raise their satisfaction (that will influence their efficiency in the company) and to have the possibility to raise their levels;
-         Joint Stock Companies (petroleum, energy, water, planting material and equipment) and placing the JCS’s stocks on the market.
The State:
-       Creating a functional State and representative buildings by the players, that will positively influence the participants from that country.
-       Developing different technologies by the state, the region and the locality that will improve the performances of the players.
-       Finishing the module “Elections” with ministries and their influence on the evolution of the state and of the players.

You are not limited to a certain sum. The first 50 Euros you may win by having 250 000 virtual shares, and 100 Euros – if you own a total number of 750 000 virtual shares. You can see the relation between virtual shares and real Euros in the chart below:
